Can't focus!

I have to many ideas, but not enough motivation to pull any of them through to completion, what is wrong with me?

This past couple of weeks has been quite emotional for me. An idea for a painting popped into my head, and I can't get it out...so I set Nero (which I haven't worked on at all...) aside so I can attempt the other. And then there is the 2 different series, one in acrylic and one in charcoal. But I keep thinking, what's the point? I can't get passed my enviroment, and I end up on the computer, every time.

I guess is the point is to get some of this shit out of my head and gut before I explode. lol.

QUESTION! how do you get the shadow of realistic drawing not to show the pencil lines when you draw it? every time i try i can't seem to make them go away. and you seem to hide it very well

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. I do a lot of smudging when I work with graphite, and I shade very lightly, and work up to a dark, sometimes with the side of the pencil. I am very conscious of how each line is laid down.

Most of my work lately is in charcoal, and it's much easier to get rid of lines in charcoal. :D

okay. i just go from dark to light for some reason.

yeah. its really fun to use charcoal in art. its different for me i'm just used to pencil so i have alot of fun with it. i don't have any charcoal or pastels or anything like that at home, so yeah. i can't really findout where to but art supplies here usually. ^_^;
